RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If you need to return or exchange items purchased in our stores, you will have 10 days from the date of purchase to do so.

How to return an online purchase to our distribution center ?

Note: Items purchased online can also be returned in store upon presentation of the receipt while respecting the return deadline and our policies.

  1. Pack the unused and undamaged item in its original packaging in new condition in the shipping box with a copy of the invoice, all instructions, parts and accessories.
  2. Send us your product at your expense by a carrier or come and take your returned or exchanged item to one of our stores.

Refund

We will be pleased, upon presentation of your receipt, to reimburse you for any new and unused merchandise in its original packaging in new condition, within 10 days following payment of the order.

Orders can be refunded at our Fitness Dépôt Plus distribution center with manager approval.

All shipping costs will be absorbed by the customer.

The date appearing on the postal stamp on the return package will be considered as the return date. All refunds will be made to the same payment method as the original purchase, but the 20% returns processing fee may be deducted. Merchandise returned to the distribution center will be refunded after inspection and consent of the director.

Pre sale

Pre-sales are available with a deposit equivalent to 50% to 100% of the value of the purchase, taxes included. The deposit is refundable within a maximum of 10 days following the transaction date. THEREFORE, DEPOSITS WILL NOT BE REFUNDABLE.
