This standard bar has a 40" grip area with knurling and a 25mm grip diameter.

The bar measures 60" and is constructed of solid steel and sports a hardened chrome finish. It also features knurled handles and a 9.75" chrome sleeve, making it easy to load plates onto the bar for all users.
