Northern Lights 86" Chrome Olympic Hex Bar

This hexagonal Olympic bar is designed in a hexagonal shape, making it easier to get in and out of the bar. Also known as a trap bar, deadlift bar or shrug bar, the hex bar is perfect for performing deadlift, shrug and farmers walk exercises. By centering the body in the middle of the bar (as opposed to behind the bar for traditional deadlifts), strain on the lower back is reduced.

The bar features a polished chrome finish and measures 86" in length. The handles measure 18.5" and feature a knurled texture for added grip. The bar is designed with 15" chrome sleeves, making loading plates onto the bar easy for all users.
