ABMAT - SPLIT SQUAT CUSHION

The Split Squat Pad transforms any squat rack into a variable-height single-leg squat station. Simply place your bar at the correct height, slide the Split Squat Pad (SSP) onto one end of the bar, add a 45-pound plate onto the opposite end, and begin squatting. The unique hexagonal shape of the SSP creates a shelf to help hold your foot in place. The cushion rotates 360 degrees to provide smooth movement. This space-saving solution is the simplest, most practical and effective single-leg squat mat on the market.

Both versions of the Split Squat Pad work exactly the same way. The only difference is the size and type of material used.

The Split Squat Pad is economical and measures 6 inches in diameter. It is made from a traditional foam roll material.

Both pads measure 16.25 inches in length and are designed to fit an Olympic sized bar standard. The inside diameter of the hexagons is just under 2", providing a snug fit on the bar while being easy to put on and take off.

Safety Note: A MINIMUM OF 45 POUNDS MUST BE LOADED ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE SPLIT SQUAT PAD WHEN USING.
