Northern Lights pull-up bar anchor strap

Stretch bands, resistance tubes, resistance trainers or anything that requires an anchor; Pull-up bar anchor gives you more options when exercising.

Wrap the pull-up bar anchor around and through your pull-up bar anchor (sold separately) as many times as necessary to achieve the desired height, then thread on the rubber resistance tubes and bands stretches in the loop, or attach resistance. coaches and you are ready for your workout routine.
