BOSU Ball 65CM

The BOSU ball® Ballast® stays in place, so your ball doesn't move during your workout.

Constructed from high-quality material shatter-resistant quality, it features a six-sided surface for proper alignment and positioning and weighs 2.5 lbs. multi-dimensional load, which provides a fun visual effect and sound feedback during lifting, moving and shaking exercises.

With the BOSU Ballast® Ballast®, individuals can perform exercise progressions and dynamic exercises that are not possible with a regular stability ball.

Available in translucent light blue with 2.5 lb. white multi-dimensional load, and inflates between 55cm and 65cm.
