Our Synergee Hex Bar lets you lift with confidence. The hexagonal frame is ergonomically designed to allow for a linear bar path and keep weight centered on the midline of the body during lifts. This helps you avoid straining your lumbar spine and targets your quadriceps. With the hex bar, there is less room for injury and more room for gains when you lift, shrug and pull compared to the standard bar.

Our 25kg hex bar has two sets of wheels - a 1.5mm diamond wheel on the lower handles and 1.2mm on the raised handles - to provide ample grip for your lifts. Our 20kg bar has 1.2mm diamond knurling on the standard height handles.

With 10" sleeves and a maximum load capacity of 750 lbs, the Synergee Hex Bar is built to withstand your intense workouts and help you get stronger than heck.

CHOOSE YOUR HANDLES

The 25kg hex bar is designed with raised handles and standard height; the 20 kg hexagonal bar only has a standard height. Both grip styles provide a versatile tool for power and strength building movements with less tension.

PACKAGED WITH CARE

We spend a lot of time and care to make the perfect hex bar for you; so we made the packaging immaculate to make sure it arrives that way! Our Synergee Hex Bar is packaged in an anti-corrosion bag, then placed in a specially designed wooden cradle to protect the sleeves and rod during transport. Finally, we packaged it for delivery. We considered putting a bow on top, but didn't want to overdo it. Bottom line: we packaged it carefully!
