Northern Lights Regular Chrome E-Z Curling Bar

This regular E-Z curl bar is designed to help build upper arm and forearm muscles with its special angled design. The deep bends of the bar allow the user to perform curl exercises while reducing stress on the wrists. The E-Z curl bar achieves this by placing your wrists and elbows in a more natural position compared to standard regular bars.

The bar measures 47.5" and is constructed of solid steel and sports a hardened chrome finish. It also features knurled handles and a 7.4" chrome sleeve, making it easy to load plates onto the bar for all users.
