The lateral pulldown offers an effective method for strengthening the latissimus dorsi. This side pull down features an adjustable seat and foam rollers to provide added comfort and confidence. An additional handle on the side down pull provides stability to the user during one-arm exercises. The hand-loaded Iso-Lateral Press/Drawdown was designed after human movement. Separate weight horns engage independent divergent and convergent movements for equal strength development and variety of muscle stimulation. Horizontal handles simulate a traditional press machine for comfort.
