The Spinning® Connect ™ Armband Heart Rate Monitor uses optical heart rate technology to provide accurate heart rate monitoring and features a breathable cuff for comfort. comfortably fit every body. Connects to the Spinning® Connect ™ app, Spinner Chrono®, SPINPower® Studio computer, and Spinning® Studio computer. The rechargeable battery provides up to 10 hours of workout time on a single charge. Cable is included.
