The Northern Lights Multi-Ladder Pull-Up Bar is a great addition to any power rack. It offers a variety of high-intensity training exercises with multiple grip angles.

This unit features a 1.25" diameter bar that is sure to challenge and improve grip strength. It also features an 8" center bar spacing and has a width of 14".

Made from heavy gauge steel with a matte black finish, this Multi-Grip add-on can be mounted on top of the Northern Lights or Iron Factory Power Rack as well as used with our Beam Multi-Kit.
