The box is reinforced with interlocking steel corner brackets to withstand almost any punishment it receives during your workouts. The unique corner brackets are also what stacks the adjusters and tops. They fit together like puzzle pieces for a safe and secure training experience. One of the biggest issues with getting new users to perform box jumps is the risk of injury during a failed jump or any related workout on the box. Even advanced athletes are hesitant to push their limits on higher boxes for the same reason. To reduce the risk of injury, we added a rubber top to our wooden plyo boxes. The wood provides a sturdy, durable structure while the rubber edging and top will significantly reduce injuries.
