The Northern Lights Squat Rack with adjustable base is an extremely versatile piece of fitness equipment. The squat rack allows you to adjust both the height and width of the rack, allowing the user complete customization.

Rack base width adjustment allows all users to adjust the rack to a width that best accommodates shoulder width, body height and the optimal grip position, for the length of the bar used.

The squat racks' bar height settings can also be adjusted from 45.5" up to a maximum of 72" (6 feet) using the quick-select pop pins.

Designed with space in mind, this rack allows users to perform squat exercises even when space is limited! A truly fantastic addition to any home gym.
