The Northern Lights Olympic Landmine Ball End Attachment is a functional training accessory with a rubber ball-shaped end that fits over the sleeve end of an Olympic bar to allow to perform rotational training exercises against the resistance of the weight. The accessory is intended for use with almost any Olympic bar and pairs with any Olympic anti-mine unit. The Landmine Ball End accessory allows for greater comfort and versatility during workout routines. The ball end of the accessory has a diameter of 2.5" and the sleeve measures 9" on the bar and has a 4.5" socket. The ball handle allows for rotational movements, while the extended handle allows for dynamic and explosive functional training.
