TIPS for wrapping your hands:-

• Your hands should be comfortable when wearing bandages. If they don't feel right, try them again.
  
• Bandages should be tight enough to stay securely in place, but not so tight that they cut off circulation.
  
• Bandages can be machine washed and hung to dry.
  
• Depending on how much you sweat, it is suggested to roll up the hand bands after you finish your workout.
  
• If you work out several times a week, buy a few pairs and alternate them between uses.
  
• For small hands, avoid wrapping them around the palm too often, as the bands will bunch up.
  
• For smaller hands, you may need to include some figure 8s and an extra wrap around the wrist.
