Seated Dip selectorized machine

The Selected Seated Dip machine from Addict fitness™ is mainly used to work the triceps brachii muscle and, auxiliarily, the serratus major muscle. The user can effectively work the upper arm and core muscles by simultaneously pushing the handles of the actuator arms on both sides after choosing an appropriate weight.
