Our jump rope is easily adjustable and can be customized to fit your exact height. Each handle is accented with a color that coincides with your chosen cable (i.e. green, pink, red, or black, respectively). These color options look great and add a personalized touch that lets you recognize your rope from a distance. Each pack comes with 2 cables that offer different rotation speeds: a 4.0mm thick, 70g black rope; and color, 3.2 mm thick, 50 g rope.

The handles are contoured to fit comfortably in your hands and be held with a natural, relaxed grip. Each is wrapped in absorbent athletic tape and shaped to reduce forearm fatigue, so you can keep popping those calories!

Our ropes feature a comfortable contoured handle, which creates a super natural grip for the jumper. This helps the athlete reduce forearm and shoulder fatigue.

Adjusts to all heights

The cables are 10 feet long, giving you the freedom to cut the rope to the size that suits you best. Our manual includes a handy guide, ensuring you know how to cut the cable to your perfect length. Select your preferred thickness: black cables are 4.0mm thick and colored cables are 3.2mm thick.
