Olympic Steel Plate Set

Increase your volume with the XM 255 lb Steel Weight Set. These training weights allow you to perform a wide range of exercises, from squats to bench presses, to maximize your workout. This Olympic weight set includes several plates of different weights for personalized training. Having multiple sets of plates makes it easy to accommodate multiple users and accommodate any performance level.

Olympic plates have an opening of 2 " in diameter, for Olympic bars only. Standard 1" bars are NOT compatible with this set unless you have an ADAPTER SLEEVE for your regular bar.
