J Competition Cups

Our sandwich-style competition J-cups protect your rack and bar from damage when storing your bar after a heavy set, thanks to the oversized UHMW plastic core.

Additionally, the UHMW plates inside ensure that there is no metal-to-metal contact between the rack and the J-cup.

These J-cups are designed to support standard 1-inch Olympic barbells up to thicker 2-inch specialty barbells, and fit any 3x3-inch rack with 5/8-inch holes.
