  • Upper Body Handlebars:
    Working in unison with the adjustable resistance of the EFX stride, the handlebars accommodate a variety of hand positions, allowing users to vary training and avoid muscle fatigue. The ergonomic handlebar design promotes good posture and technique.
  • Ramp:
    The EFX ramp allows the patented elliptical, forward and reserve stride and allows users to maintain the correct upright body position. Set at a 25 degree angle, the ramp is optimal for the widest range of users and engages the glutes, hamstrings, quads and calves.
  • Frame:

  • Double-lift flywheel:
    The particularly efficient EFX stride is made possible thanks to our patented and reliable drive system. The rear drive with forward ramp ensures a stride trajectory that stimulates natural gait and reduces the risk of overstriding. The pedals glide easily and quietly on polyurethane wheels with sealed bearings.
